Elah.fm provides HypnoPop music, personalized HypnoPop experiences and related services.

We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide those services, communicate with you, process purchases, create personalized music and operate the website.

This policy applies to Elah.fm and to information collected as part of the personalized HypnoPop experience, including information provided through the Elah conversational AI Intake.

What we may collect.

The information we collect depends on how you use Elah.fm.

Information you provide directly

This may include:

• Your name or preferred name.
• Your email address when needed for a purchase, delivery or support request.
• Information you submit through the Elah.fm contact form.
• Information associated with a personalized HypnoPop order.
• Your goal, motivations, language, music preferences and other information you voluntarily provide during the Elah AI Intake.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps and similar server-log information.

This information may be used for security, troubleshooting, performance and website administration.

03 · ELAH AI INTAKE

Personalization begins with conversation.

Personalized HypnoPop may begin with an Elah conversational AI Intake.

The intake is designed to gather information relevant to the goal and creative direction of your personalized music.

Depending on the experience, this may include:

• Your preferred name.
• The goal you selected.
• Your responses during the conversation.
• Words, phrases, metaphors and associations you use when describing your goal.
• Motivations and desired outcomes.
• Music style, genre and energy preferences.

Voice processing

The AI Intake uses your microphone so you can participate in a voice conversation.

Audio may be processed in order to understand and transcribe your responses, but the conversational intake is not designed to retain your voice as a stored audio recording.

Information from the conversation may be retained in text or structured form when needed to create, review and deliver your personalized HypnoPop experience.

Human review

Personalized HypnoPop is not an entirely automated process.

A hypnotist assigned to your project may review relevant intake information in order to write, produce and curate your personalized songs.

The assigned hypnotist may contact you if clarification or additional information would help complete your album.

04 · PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Elah.fm may use Stripe to process purchases.

When you make a payment, payment information is submitted to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

Elah.fm does not need to receive or store your complete payment card number in order to fulfill your HypnoPop order.

We may receive transaction-related information needed to identify the purchase, associate it with your order, provide the service and handle support.

05 · HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information is used to provide the experience.

We may use information collected through Elah.fm to:

• Provide and operate Elah.fm.
• Process personalized HypnoPop orders.
• Match a purchase with the appropriate intake goal.
• Personalize lyrics, concepts, musical direction and album creation.
• Allow a hypnotist to review relevant project information.
• Contact you when clarification is needed.
• Deliver your completed album and included variations.
• Respond to support and contact requests.
• Protect the website and investigate technical or security problems.
• Maintain business, transaction and operational records where reasonably necessary.

06 · INFORMATION SHARING

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers when needed to operate Elah.fm and provide the service you requested.

• AI processing used to support the conversational intake.

07 · AI & YOUR DATA

Your intake is not training material.

Information you provide through the Elah AI Intake is used to support your intake and personalized experience.

Elah does not use client intake information to train its own AI models.

We select and configure service providers with the goal of using client information only as necessary to provide the requested processing and service.

AI assists the process, but personalized HypnoPop includes human review, creative judgment and curation.

08 · RETENTION & DELETION

We keep information only as needed.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, complete album creation and delivery, support your order, maintain required business records and protect the operation of the service.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose.

You may contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with your HypnoPop experience.

Some limited information may need to be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

09 · SECURITY

Protecting your information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse or loss.

No internet service, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You should not send passwords, payment card information or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through the Elah.fm contact form.

10 · COOKIES & TECHNICAL DATA

Basic website functionality.

Elah.fm may use cookies, browser storage, session information or similar technologies where needed for website functionality, security, forms and user experience.

Third-party services used through the website, such as payment providers, may use their own cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
